98pak reserves the right to verify player eligibility at any stage and to suspend accounts where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction. Any winnings accumulated by an ineligible player are subject to forfeiture.
Each individual player may hold only one active account on 98pak at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 98pak reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that player and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping this information current. 98pak is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98pak account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 98pak will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 98pak support immediately.
98pak may request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Documents that may be requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance review.

All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. 98pak does not accept foreign currency deposits. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
If a deposit or withdrawal fails due to a technical issue on the 98pak platform, the full amount will be reversed or credited within 48 hours. If the failure is caused by your payment provider or insufficient funds, 98pak cannot be held responsible. Contact our support team at support@98pak.click for any transaction disputes.
New players at 98pak are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. To receive this bonus, the qualifying deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the active promotion. The bonus is credited to the player's account automatically alongside the qualifying deposit.
All bonuses awarded by 98pak are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including through collusion, multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other method determined to be bad faith by 98pak — will result in cancellation of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
All bets placed on 98pak are subject to acceptance by the platform. 98pak reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of match-fixing, system errors, or unusual betting patterns. Bets are only considered accepted when a confirmation is displayed in the player's bet history.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on 98pak. Specific limits are displayed within each game or market. These limits may vary by game type, player account level, and VIP Club tier. 98pak reserves the right to adjust limits for individual accounts without prior notice.
In the event of a technical error, incorrect odds or prices being displayed, or clearly erroneous data being used to settle a market, 98pak reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Where possible, 98pak will notify affected players. Decisions on void bets are final.
If a player becomes disconnected from a live game or betting market due to a technical issue on the player's side (device failure, internet loss, etc.), 98pak is not liable for any resulting outcome. Where a disconnection is attributable to a platform-side fault, affected players will receive a full stake refund as account credit. Players experiencing repeated disconnection issues should contact support for assistance.
Sports and esports betting markets are subject to specific settlement rules detailed within each market. In-play betting is available on selected events. 98pak reserves the right to suspend live markets during periods of uncertainty. Cricket and PSL markets follow the official ICC and PCB match rules for settlement purposes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98pak platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:
98pak cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected with player accounts.
All content on the 98pak platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, data feeds, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 98pak or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 98pak content without prior written permission.
The 98pak name and logo may not be used in any advertising, promotional material, or online content — including social media — without express written authorisation from 98pak management.
98pak collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We use your data to operate and improve the platform, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored securely using AES-256 encryption and handled in compliance with applicable Pakistani data protection requirements.

Our total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
98pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the 98pak platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 98pak's operational jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed by contacting the 98pak support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter within 10 working days.

98pak's decisions on all gaming and betting outcomes, bonus rulings, and account actions are final and binding, except where a demonstrable technical error has occurred on the platform's side.
